For account administration and security analytics, BrextonAI may also derive an approximate country from the connection IP address at signup or login. This is country-level information and is not intended as precise location tracking.

Information is used to operate accounts, perform identity/security checks, process requested account actions, maintain records, prevent abuse and provide support.

KYC documents

Identity documents are sensitive records and should be accessible only to authorized personnel and retained according to applicable legal requirements.

Blockchain information

Public blockchain transactions and wallet addresses may remain permanently visible on the relevant blockchain.
